Where we ship

We currently deliver across the GCC. You can see whether we ship to your location at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time and fees

Delivery times, shipping fees and any free shipping threshold are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination and order value. Your order is delivered by our delivery partner.

Risk

Risk in the products passes to you once they are delivered to your address.

Delivery attempts and address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct. If a delivery cannot be completed after our partner’s attempts, the order may be returned to us and, where applicable, cancelled and refunded in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
